I will be taking every legal action possible to get this taken care of if it is not handled immediately. I contacted my bank again today(3/28/23) to escalate this further to get a refund. I just put unauthorized charge in those fields. I submitted a form on their website for a refund, which asked for a website the purchase was made on, order number, product name, etc. I did not authorize any charge, especially one for $41.11. I haven’t ordered anything online in quite some time and I keep track of EVERYTHING I spent. It says it’s a third party payment processing company for other companies. I called that number and all it is is a recording saying “for an unauthorized charge on your credit card please go to ”. I contacted my bank and they gave me the phone number for the “company”. My bank is one that sends notifications to my phone with every transaction and I didn’t have one for this one, so had I not checked my account, I probably wouldn’t have caught it so fast. I checked my bank account yesterday(3/27/23) and had an unauthorized charge for $41.11 for “FS *highpaying” I did not make any charges.
